Dan Browne

Professor of Physics University College London

He has been active in quantum computing research for over 20 years, and has broad research interests. He is known for his work on measurement-based quantum computing and photonic quantum computing, and his current research focusses on both the capabilities of near-term Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) Computers and large-scale fault tolerant quantum computers. Dan is also an advisor and consultant for Riverlane, a UK-based quantum start-up developing software infrastructure for error-corrected quantum computers.
